French postal company La Poste set up its new logistics chain to lower costs. Part of this process was to find a way to transport sorted mail from the sorting centre to the post offices. In order to satisfy this request, Hoza developed an innovative, charismatic solution that decreases total cost of ownership considerably.
In the distribution or sorting centre, this new product is filled with mail, locked and then transported to the post office, where it can be used in two ways: on one side it can be used as a wheeled postbox, from which the postman can take valuable mail; the other side can be used as a postbox in unmanned post offices. Consumers can use their own key to take out their mail from their private box. The wheeled cabinet allows the room in which it is placed, to be used in a flexible manner.
